The majority of your questions can be answered by reading everything on my site.** Directions/Location **Sola Salon Studios is located in Legacy Village (24723 Cedar Road Lyndhurst Ohio, 44124) on the second floor above Starbucks. Take the escalator (right next to Starbucks) or the elevator(behind the escalator), up to the second floor. To the left, there is a glass door that leads outside to our front door (Sola Salon Studios). I'm in suite #11. You may park on the street or in the garage that's connected to the hotel (Hyatt Place). Please contact Kay if you have trouble locating the salon.** Contact Information The best way to reach me is via text message (216-400-4705). My business hours are between Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-6pm, and Friday-Saturday 9am-3pm. Or via email (Kbearsbeauty@gmail.com). I will respond within 24 hours. (You may also follow me on Instagram/Facebook @KBearsBeauty for additional information and updates.) Payments Deposits are required for all services and are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of your appointment. All major credit/debit cards, cash, or Zelle are the ONLY acceptable methods of payment. (A 3.5% processing fee applies for all card transactions.) If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time, I keep your deposit as your late cancelation/no-show fee, and you'll have to re-book with a new deposit. (You are also able to cancel/reschedule/edit your appointment via the confirmation email link 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid any additional fees.) Policy/Rules My books open on the 25th of each month for the following month. (Example: On April 25th, May books will open.) I allow a 15-minute grace period. (This goes BOTH ways.) If you notify me that you're still coming to your appointment, a late fee of $20 will be added to your service total. If I haven't heard from you, after 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. (If I am unable to charge the card you have on file, you will be BLOCKED from booking with me in the future.) There are no pets, children, or other guests permitted to accompany you to your appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
If your appointment is NOT canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time (OR you're a no show), you will be charged 20% of the service fee,and you'll have to re-book with a new deposit.
